Mr. Haischer has a degree in accounting and business. He currently works in accounting and production management. He has visited Los Toros and worked on Los Toros projects for over five years. 

Vice President: Donald Kabara - Retired Sr. Vice President - Frank Mayer & Associates,  Grafton, WI

Mr. Kabara has worked with the people of Los Toros for over fifteen years helping to lay the ground work for collaboration in their community development. He also serves as Executive Director of the Foundation and visits Los Toros a minimum of three times each year.

Vice President: John Gallo - Attorney - Houseman & Feind, LLP,  Grafton, WI

Mr. Gallo has experience with working with non-profit organizations as well as extensive legal experience. He has visited and worked in Los Toros along with his wife Terri who is a Medical Practitioner.

Vice President: Michael Weber - President - Ambrose Engineering, Inc.  Cedarburg, WI

Mr. Weber heads a structural engineering firm, he also has extensive experience with working with third world countries in community development. He makes yearly visits to Los Toros and collaborated in major projects within the village including the construction of a library and a church.

Trustee: Michael Mayer - President - Frank Mayer & Associates,  Grafton, WI

Mr. Mayer heads an international company and  has extensive international business experience in Latin America. He is familiar with Latin cultures and their way of life.

Trustee: Katherine Schmitt - Retired Educator,  Cedarburg, WI

Mrs. Schmitt has extensive educational experience including working with the poor. She has visited Los Toros and assisted with projects. She brings an important perspective of education to the board.

Trustee: Haidee Schlecht - Retired Manager,  Grafton, WI

Mrs. Schlecht has experience in running a small business and has worked extensively with civic organizations that promote international cultures. She brings a perception and understanding of different cultures to the board.
